Abstract:

Provided is an ultrasonic medical device, according to an aspect of the invention, comprising: a main body; an ultrasonic generator, coupled to the main body, for generating ultrasonic waves and irradiating the ultrasonic waves to a medical procedure site through one surface of the main body; a contact detection sensor for detecting whether one surface of the main body contacts the medical procedure site; a motion recognition sensor for recognizing a movement of the main body; and a control unit for operating the ultrasonic generator when the contact detection sensor detects that one surface of the main body is in contact with the medical procedure site, and stopping the operation of the ultrasonic generator when the motion recognition sensor recognizes that the movement of the main body is stopped.
