Abstract:
Provided are an ultrasonic microphone and a mobile terminal. The ultrasonic microphone comprises: a first substrate (1), at least one second substrate (2) disposed on the first substrate (1) and having a hollow portion (21), and a metal cover plate (3) disposed on the second substrate (2). The metal cover plate (3), the second substrate (2), and the first substrate (1) surround and define a first chamber (4). The ultrasonic microphone further comprises a MEMS chip (5) located in the first chamber (4) and fixed to an inner side of the metal cover plate (3). A sound hole (31) is provided on the metal cover plate (3) at a location corresponding to the MEMS chip (5). The above configuration allows the height of the microphone to be reduced by about 10% to 20%, thereby achieving a flat high-frequency response. In addition, the frequency response peak is shifted backward so as to improve the ultrasonic performance of the microphone.
