Abstract:
An ultrasonic pickling control method for a refrigerator. An ultrasonic pickling device is provided in a storage compartment of the refrigerator; the ultrasonic pickling device comprises a container used for containing food and an ultrasonic transducer installed on the outer side of a bottom plate of the container; a plurality of protrusions protruding upwards are formed on the inner side of the bottom plate of the container. The control method comprises: obtaining the internal temperature of the storage compartment; determining whether the internal temperature is within a preset temperature range; and if yes, controlling the ultrasonic pickling device to operate according to target power and a target frequency. The present invention has the advantages that the food pickling speed and the tenderness after pickling can be increased, and spoilage of food in the pickling process can be prevented.
