An ultrasonic scalpel and a scalpel head thereof. The ultrasonic scalpel comprises a cylindrical main body (111), the proximal end of the main body (111) being a connecting structure (112), and the distal end of the main body (111) being provided with a scalpel head (113). The scalpel head (113) comprises a cutting edge (101) located at the farthest end, and sawtooth rows (102) at least located on one side of the cutting edge and extending along the axis of the main body. The sawtooth rows (102) are two rows arranged in parallel, each row of the sawtooth rows (102) is formed by arranging a row of sawteeth (103), and the orientations of tooth tips (104, 105) of the two rows of sawtooth rows (102) are opposite. Due to the structural design of the two-row reversely-arranged tooth tips (104, 105), it can be guaranteed that enough cutting force exists in the whole period, the cutting efficiency is doubled on the premise that the stress value is not increased, and the power output requirement for the host is reduced; the scalpel head (113) can be well coupled with the load in the cutting process, and an operator only needs to hold the cutter for cutting, thereby improving the comfort degree of the use process.
