Abstract:

An ultrasonic sensor and a preparation method and application thereof. A transmitting/receiving surface and a reflecting surface of the ultrasonic sensor are both coated with a water-soluble resin layer. Since the transmitting/receiving surface and the reflecting surface of the ultrasonic sensor are both coated with the water-soluble resin layer, although there are still bubbles attached to the transmitting/receiving surface and the reflecting surface coated with water-soluble resin, as the water-soluble resin is dissolved in a urea solution, the bubbles lose their attachment points, rise to the surface of the liquid due to the light weight thereof, and then burst, such that the bubbles are rapidly detached from the transmitting/receiving surface and the reflecting surface of the ultrasonic sensor so as to eliminate the influence of the bubbles on the measurement of the sensor, thereby improving the measurement precision.
