Abstract:
An ultrasonic sensor (1) mounted in a vehicle (V) is provided with: a magnetic body (21) provided such that ultrasonic vibration can be made; and an electric-magnetic transducer (31) having the function of executing transducing between an electrical signal and a vibration magnetic field corresponding to the ultrasonic vibration of the magnetic body. The magnetic body is arranged on an outer surface (V4) side, which is the side facing an external space (SG) of the vehicle, of an outer panel (V3) of the vehicle. The electric-magnetic transducer is arranged so as to oppose the magnetic body with the outer panel interposed therebetween on an inner surface (V5) side corresponding to the back side of the outer surface of the outer panel.
