Abstract:
A main vibration part (110m) that is the portion of an exterior part (110) that is positioned inside a cylinder (120) as seen from a first direction (the Z axis direction) vibrates resonantly in the opposite phase from an ultrasonic vibrator (130). A sub-vibration part (110s) that is the portion of the exterior part (110) that is positioned outside the cylinder (120) but inside a restriction part (140) in a second direction (the X axis direction) as seen from the first direction (the Z axis direction) vibrates resonantly such that the absolute value of the phase difference relative to the resonant vibration of the main vibration part (110m) is 120°–180°.
