Abstract:
An ultrasound catheter, comprising: an outer sheath tube (10), an inner core assembly (20) having a transducer (23), and an operation assembly (30). The outer sheath tube (10) is detachably and coaxially connected to the operation assembly (30); a proximal portion (20a) of the inner core assembly (20) is provided in the operation assembly (30); a distal portion (20b) of the inner core assembly (20) movably passes through the outer sheath tube (10), and is configured to be withdrawn from the outer sheath tube (10) after the operation assembly (30) is separated from the outer sheath tube (10); the outer sheath tube (10) is further used for allowing passage of an unclamping guide wire after the outer sheath tube (10) is separated from the operation assembly (30). During use, the outer sheath tube (10) is coaxially assembled and connected to the operation assembly (30), and the distal portion (20b) of the inner core assembly (20) passes through the outer sheath tube (10) to enter a human body along with the outer sheath tube (10), so that ultrasonic exploration can be achieved. During removal, once the ultrasound catheter is stuck, the outer sheath tube (10) can be separated from the operation assembly (30), the distal portion (20b) of the inner core assembly (20) is withdrawn from the outer sheath tube (10), the unclamping guide wire passes through the outer sheath tube (10), and the outer sheath tube (10) can be driven, by means of the unclamping guide wire, to unclamp the stuck position, thereby solving the problem that the ultrasound catheter is difficult to separate after being stuck during withdrawal.
