Abstract:
An ultrasound imaging apparatus may comprise: a probe for receiving ultrasound data from a fetal lung; a processor for acquiring Doppler data on the basis of the ultrasound data, measuring, on the basis of the Doppler data, a value of at least one parameter used to estimate maturity of the fetal lung, and estimating the maturity of the fetal lung by using the measured value of the at least one parameter; and a display for displaying the result of the estimated lung maturity.
