Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultraviolet-screening cosmetic composition containing a positively charged oil, capable of improving dosage form stability by increasing the dispersibility of an inorganic powder through the positively charged oil. The ultraviolet-screening cosmetic composition containing a positively charged oil comprises: an oil phase comprising 0.1-2 wt% of a positively charged oil containing one or more amine groups, 5-30 wt% of an inorganic ultraviolet screening agent comprising an inorganic powder, and 15-80 wt% of a silicone oil and/or a hydrocarbon oil; and an aqueous phase comprising water and/or an alcohol-based compound, wherein the ultraviolet-screening cosmetic composition is formed in a dosage form of water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water-in-oil (O/W/O).
