Abstract:
The present invention relates to an unboxing system capable of quick height adjustment, and an unboxing method thereof. A first power module of a first power assembly is used to drive a first movable plate, which is fixedly connected to the first power assembly, to move, such that a first guiding portion, which is fixedly connected to the first movable plate, and a transmission module in a second power assembly, which is fixedly connected to the first movable plate, are driven to move, so as to drive a second guiding portion, which is fixedly connected to the transmission module, to move. In this way, the second guiding portion quickly moves to a material position at twice the speed, which greatly saves time. In addition, the second power assembly is arranged below the first power assembly, such that not only is structural stability achieved, but the space occupancy rate is also greatly decreased. The design of a turn-over assembly enables a material to be grasped more conveniently, and thus improves the working efficiency. The design of an adjustment assembly sets a movement position of the first power module more accurately, thereby improving the precision of the turn-over assembly regarding a material position, thus realizing accurate grasping and further saving time.
