Abstract:
Disclosed is an underground coal preparation process, comprising: feeding exploited raw coal (1) into a raw coal classifying screen A of Φ25 mm for screening; performing dry coal preparation on a classifying-screen overflow (2) with a grain size of greater than 25 mm and feeding a classifying-screen underflow (3) with a grain size of less than 25 mm into an underground dedicated compact jigger C for sorting to obtain jigger overflow clean coal (6), jigging middling coal (7) and jigging gangue (8); screening and dewatering the jigger overflow clean coal (6) to obtain a clean coal product, and screening and dewatering the jigging middling coal (7) to obtain a middling coal product, sorting slime water (19) to be sorted and generated during sorting to obtain coarse and clean coal slime (29) and coarse and middling coal slime (27), and performing circulating water treatment on a final liquid.
