Abstract:
In this underpants-style disposable diaper manufacturing method, when forming an outer packaging body (12) that has a non-stretch region (A1) provided in the middle in a width direction and stretch regions (A2) provided to both sides of the non-stretch region in the width direction, elastic stretch members are fixed to an inside sheet layer (12H) and an outside sheet layer (12S) via a hot-melt adhesive (H1) at least in both end sections of the portion that is the stretch region; the elastic stretch members are not fixed to the inside sheet layer and the outside sheet layer in the portion that is the non-stretch region; sheet non-interposition regions (A3), in which there is no display sheet (25) or other sheet between the inside sheet layer and the outside sheet layer, are provided to side sections of the non-stretch region; the elastic stretch members (15-17) are cut in the portion that is the sheet non-interposition region; cutting marks (22) and unnecessary elastic stretch members (19) are left; and the elastic stretch members are not cut in a region that overlaps the display sheet.
