Abstract:
This underpants-type absorbent article (1) comprising an absorbent core (31) is characterized in that an absorbent pad (2) provided with absorbent cores (411, 421) comprises, on a further inner side than the outer edge of the absorbent core (31), underpants-side deformation inducing parts (33, 34) which cause the absorbent core (31) to be deformed in a shape protruding toward the skin side such that when the absorbent pad (2) is disposed on a skin side surface and is being worn, the absorbent cores (411, 421) contact a protruding section of the absorbent pad (2) which deforms in a shape protruding toward the skin side in a crotch part.
