Abstract:
An underpants-type absorbent article (1), wherein: a waist portion (20) has a pair of sheets (21, 22) and a plurality of elastic members (23); at least one of the elastic members (23) is continuous from one end to the other end in the left-right direction of the waist portion (20), and both ends in the left-right direction have a pair of end fixing portions (50) fixed to the pair of sheets (21, 22), and unfixed portions (51) that are not fixed to the pair of sheets (21, 22) and are located to the inner side of the end fixing portions (50) in the left-right direction; a reinforcing means (60) for reinforcing an area outside a locking portion (40) in the left-right direction is arranged in the area; and the reinforcing means (60) is not arranged in at least part of the area where the unfixed portions (51) are positioned.
