Abstract:
The present invention relates to an undersea cable burying machine having an opening/closing type cable guide that includes a digging-frame-integrated cable guide groove for guiding a cable, which effectively prevents earth and sand, which is generated when the sea-bed is excavated, from being introduced into the cable guide groove to facilitate movement of the cable and to prevent damage caused by frictional contact. The undersea cable burying machine comprises: a main body frame; a pair of skids installed on the left and right sides of the main body frame; a plow that digs a trench on the sea-bed; and a digging frame that excavates the sea-bed, wherein the digging frame includes: a guide groove concavely formed along the longitudinal direction of the digging frame to guide a cable to be buried in the sea-bed; and an opening/closing door installed to open/close the guide groove, the door being capable of preventing earth and sand, which is generated when the sea-bed is excavated, from being introduced into the guide groove.
