Abstract:
The present invention relates to an underwater speech transmission device and, more specifically, to a simplified underwater speech transmission device which, when a diver speaks underwater, uses water as a medium to transmit the speech so that other divers can hear the speech with their ears, and enables the diver to make bilabial sounds while breathing and thus accurately communicating with the other divers nearby.
