Abstract:
A double/triple-start type uniaxial eccentric screw pump enabling the overhang of
a rotor to be almost eliminated and a reduction in the overall length thereof, in
the length of a pump casing, in the size of a bore, and in size and weight thereof as
compared with a flange system connection structure. One end part of a flexible rod
(6) is formed in a tapered end part (61) having an outer diameter gradually decreasing
toward the tip thereof. A tapered hole (21b) corresponding to the tapered end
part (61) is formed at the center axis end part of the rotor (21). The tapered end
part (61) of the flexible rod (6) is inserted into the tapered hole (21b), and a
tension bolt (7) is inserted from the other end of the rotor through a through-hole
(21a) formed in the center axis part of the rotor (21). The tip screw part (71) of
the tension bolt (7) is threaded with a screw hole (62) formed at the center axis
part of the tapered end part (61) of the flexible rod (6) for tightening them to
each other.
