Abstract:

A unidirectional abrasive flow machining device for a complex flow passage of a turboshaft engine diffuser, comprising a housing (1), a feed port (2) being provided at the top of a side wall of the housing (1), and a discharge port (3) being provided at a bottom wall of the housing (1). A clamp (9) is provided on a telescopic end of an electric push rod (8), a material storage tank (10) is provided at the bottom end inside the housing (1), and a discharge valve (15) is provided on the discharge port (3). A first motor (4) of the machining device drives a threaded rod (5) to rotate, the abrasive is stirred to evenly distribute abrasive grains, a second motor (7) drives the electric push rod (8) and the clamp (9) to rotate, and then a workpiece is rotated, facilitating in improving the uniformity of grinding. A circulation pump (11) can draw the abrasive inside the material storage tank (10) from the bottom to the top of the housing (1), the abrasive is then cycled for unidirectional grinding, and the pressure of the abrasive can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the first motor (4) and the outlet pressure of an adjustment valve (13), thereby adapting to different workpieces.
