Abstract:
The present invention relates to a unidirectionally oscillating micro disk laser of which the strength of oscillation in one direction is stronger than the strength of oscillation in the other direction, and which includes a micro disk, wherein the micro disk can have an oval shape as a changed elliptical shape having been formed by fixing the length of first and second side portions of a long axis and changing the length of a short axis according to the position of the long axis in an ellipse in which the lengths of the long axis and the short axis are different from each other.
