Abstract:
A uniform coating applying device for fabric production, the device comprising a cover plate, a box body, a U-shaped stand, a first roller wheel, a movable scraper, a fixed scraper, a second roller wheel, application roller wheels and a third roller wheel, wherein the upper end of the box body is rotationally connected to the cover plate; the right end of the box body is fixedly connected to the U-shaped stand; the first roller wheel is rotationally connected to the interior of the upper right side of the U-shaped stand; the third roller wheel is rotationally connected to the interior of the upper left side of the box body; two application roller wheels, which are horizontally arranged one on top of another, are rotationally connected to the bottom of the inside of the box body; the transversely arranged second roller wheel is rotationally connected to the interior of the upper right side of the box body; the fixed scraper is fixedly connected to the interior of the upper right side of the box body; and the movable scraper is movably installed at the lower end of the right side of the cover plate. According to the design, the two application roller wheels are used for synchronously pressing the upper end and the lower end of a piece of fabric, such that the upper surface and the lower surface of the fabric fully absorb a sizing agent and the sizing agent is uniformly applied thereon, thereby improving the sizing agent application effect; and the fixed scraper and the movable scraper perform scraping on both the upper end and the lower end of the fabric so as to guarantee the smoothness of application.
