Abstract:
The present invention relates to a continuous preparation system, and to a diester-based material preparation unit included therein, comprising: a reaction device for esterifying a dicarboxylic acid and a primary alcohol; a column for performing gas-liquid separation on a primary alcohol and water having flowed therein; a heat exchange device for recovering the heat of the gaseous line of the column; a condenser provided at the rear end of the heat exchange device so as to liquefy a mixture of gaseous primary alcohol and water; and a layer separator for separating a layer from the mixture of the liquefied primary alcohol and water, wherein the heat exchange device comprises a first heat exchanger for performing heat exchange with the material injection line of the reaction device, a second heat exchanger for performing heat exchange with a line through which a low-temperature stream flows in a process, and/or a second heat exchanger for performing heat exchange with the condensed water generated in the process. The present invention can reduce the amount of refrigerant, reduce the steam amount in a reactor and improve heat efficiency of the entire process.
