Abstract:
The present invention relates to an elastic member unit enabling the assembly and disassembly of earthquake-resistant blocks, each comprising a core block and an exterior block, and provides a unit for separating an elastic member in an assembly-type earthquake-resistant block, the unit comprising: an elastic member having elastic pieces, which form a cut part entirely cut along the longitudinal direction of the elastic member and have tapered parts formed at the end portions thereof and having tapered surfaces formed inward, and a plurality of taper cut grooves formed to cut the tapered parts at equal intervals; and a detaching member to be inserted into the elastic member, and having an insertion part of which one end is inserted into the elastic pieces, a handle part formed to be connected upward from the insertion part, and threads formed on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part. Therefore, expected are effects of: improving work efficiency by relatively, easily and simply separating the core block from the exterior block when it is necessary to separate the exterior block and the core block, which are constructed in a process of constructing a wall by using the assembly-type earthquake-resistant blocks, each comprising the core block and the exterior block, wherein the core block is inserted into and coupled to the inside of the exterior block, and having earthquake resistance since the elastic member is inserted to the outside of the core block and elastically comes into contact with the exterior block; disassembling and separating the elastic member, the core block and the exterior block without damaging the same when a completed wall is dismantled, and thus the same can be reused for another construction; and performing separation without breakage or damage such that economic efficiency and product reliability is maintained such as that which can ensure, as is, product reliability such as earthquake resistance, even though the blocks previously provided are separated and reused.
