[Solution] A unit comprising a heat exchanger, a housing that receives a power transmission mechanism, and a covering having a portion that covers the housing, wherein the heat exchanger has a portion offset from the covering as viewed in the radial direction; and the heat exchanger has a portion overlapping with the covering as viewed in the radial direction.
