Title:
UNIVERSAL CELL FOR EXPRESSING FASLG AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/012420
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are a universal cell for expressing FASLG, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. By means of inactivating major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I and II genes in cells and overexpressing the FASLG protein, the obtained human pluripotent stem cells or human cell lines or human induced pluripotent stem cells can further escape the killing of NK cells on the basis of escaping T cell attacks, and the effect thereof is even better than that of reported star targets CD47 and CD24. In addition, the pluripotent stem cells with a low immunogenicity retain the stemness and differentiation ability thereof.
