UNIVERSAL ENERGY-SAVING AND EMISSION REDUCTION DEVICE FOR NATURAL GAS

An energy-saving and emission reduction device, and particularly a universal energy-saving and emission reduction device for natural gas is disclosed. The energy-saving and emission reduction device comprises a negative-ion generator (2). The energy-saving and emission reduction device is arranged inside an air inlet passage and is (30N) cm away from a combustion chamber, and the energy-saving and emission reduction device satisfies that, for every 10 cubic meters of natural gas burnt, the energy-saving and emission reduction device supplies (3-5)N million negative ions/cubic centimeter, wherein N is greater than or equal to 1. The energy-saving and emission reduction device proposed by means of improving the combustion condition of natural gas itself has universality, and can be widely applied in the fields of industry processing, automobile fuel, etc. Moreover, the energy-saving and emission reduction device can be applied in combination with other energy-saving approaches for natural gas, doubling the energy saving. With the use of the energy-saving and emission reduction device, 10%-15% of energy can be saved and harmful substances in exhaust gases can be reduced by about 50%.
