Embodiments of the present invention relate to an unlicensed uplink transmission method and apparatus. The method comprises: determining, according to received configuration information, a target unlicensed transmission area and a target air interface transmission parameter corresponding to the target unlicensed transmission area, the target unlicensed transmission area being an air interface time frequency resource consisting of a specified time range and a specified frequency range, and the configuration information comprising at least one unlicensed transmission area and an air interface transmission parameter corresponding to each unlicensed transmission area; and sending uplink data to a base station according to the target unlicensed transmission area and the target air interface transmission parameter. The present application can ensure a base station to receive uplink data correctly.
