Abstract:
An unstaffed sales method and device. The method comprises: when a customer is located in an entrance of a shopping area, collecting biometric features from the customer and determining whether to open an entrance door on the basis of the biometric features (S110); after determining to open the entrance door, collecting behavior information from the customer during the shopping process and determining whether an abnormality has occurred on the basis of the behavior information (S120); when an abnormality has occurred, broadcasting abnormality notification information (S130); when it is time to perform settlement of items, obtaining image and weight information for items to be settled and performing recognition on said items on the basis of the image and weight information in order to obtain the item information for said items (S140); creating a purchase list on the basis of the item information obtained and displaying the purchase list, then recognizing a payment confirmation gesture from the customer to complete payment (S150); and after completion of payment, controlling an exit door to open for the customer to leave (S160). The present invention thus makes it possible to complete the entire shopping process without working staff, lowering labor costs and improving the customer's shopping experience.
