Abstract:
The invention provides an uplink scheduling method based on a dynamic frame structure utilized in an unlicensed frequency band, and an uplink scheduling device and base station. Each dynamic frame structure adopted in the unlicensed frequency band contains only uplink subframes or downlink subframes, and each dynamic frame structure contains a same type of consecutive subframes. The uplink scheduling method comprises: determining whether a frame structure being used in an unlicensed frequency band is required to be reconfigured; if not, determining, according to the frame structure being used, an uplink subframe to be scheduled in each of downlink subframes; if so, determining, according to a first frame structure used prior to a point in time of reconfiguration and a second frame structure to be used, an uplink subframe to be scheduled by each of the downlink subframes in a last radio frame prior to the point in time of reconfiguration; and transmitting a scheduling command in each of the downlink subframe to schedule the uplink subframe.
