Abstract:
The present invention makes it easier to wear an upper body supportive device. This upper body supportive device has a holding member that causes an upper body belt (30) to form a right loop and a left loop. A right portion (30R) and a left portion (30L) of the upper body belt (30) extend below the holding member. The right portion (30R) and the left portion (30L) are provided with a first right engagement member (12R) and a first left engagement member (12L), respectively. A subject is supposed to pass the right arm through the right loop and the left arm through the left loop (Fig. 8(a)). The first right engagement member (12R) of the right portion (30R) and the first left engagement member (12L) of the left portion (30L) are, in a state of being pulled out in front of the subject's body, brought into engagement with each other (Fig. 8(b)). After that, a leading end of the right-hand portion (30R) and a leading end of the left-hand portion (30L) are fixed to each other.
