Abstract:
Disclosed are an upper folding device and an enclosing machine, the upper folding device comprising a mounting seat (1). The mounting seat (1) is rotatably mounted with a folding roller (2). The folding roller (2) is provided with a crimping part (201) for crimping an outer surface edge of a sideband (3). The crimping part (201) has a slope adapted to a bending angle. The mounting seat (1) is rotatably mounted with a bearing wheel (5). The bearing wheel (5) is arranged parallel to the folding roller (2). The bearing wheel (5) is provided with a folding rim (501) abutting against a folding inside surface of the sideband (3). A folding gap is formed between the folding rim (501) and the folding roller (2), and a driven support wheel (4) is provided at a position opposite an end face of the bearing wheel (5). The bearing wheel (5) is arranged to be perpendicular to an axial direction of the driven support wheel (4), and a wheel surface of the driven support wheel (4) abuts against the outside breadth of the sideband (3). The device can not only support a folding position during folding forming, but can also avoid the outer surface friction of the sideband (3), thereby improving the production quality of three-dimensional luminous characters.
