The present invention relates to an upper limb rehabilitation robot comprising: a finger exercising part mounted on the back of a patient's hand so as to allow a rehab exercise of a patient's finger; a wrist exercising part arranged on a patient's wrist portion so as to exercise a patient's wrist; and an upper limb exercising part disposed to be spaced apart from the wrist exercising part so as to exercise a patient's upper limb.
