Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an urban rail transit tire bead structure, comprising a composite bead filler core, a steel wire ring, a carcass ply, a wire cord fabric reinforcing layer, seam allowance nylon wrapping cloth, and seam allowance protective rubber. The carcass ply wraps the steel wire ring, the carcass ply is bound by the wire cord fabric reinforcing layer in a U-shaped design, the inner endpoint of the wire cord fabric reinforcing layer is provided between the carcass ply and a lining layer, and the outer endpoint of the wire cord fabric reinforcing layer is provided between the carcass ply and the seam allowance nylon wrapping cloth. The upper endpoint of the seam allowance nylon wrapping cloth is located above a reverse wrapping endpoint of the carcass ply, and the lower endpoint thereof is ended at the steel wire ring. The filling material of the tire bead is moderate in thickness. The quality control cost of component production, storage process and green tire manufacturing process can be reduced. The thickness of the bead rubber can be reduced by optimizing the rubber core structure and adjusting the difference grade of the tire body and steel wire wrapped cloth, and heating and manufacturing cost can be controlled.
