Disclosed are: a urethane foam molded body which has achieved high heat conductivity without changing the physical properties as much as possible; and a simple method for producing the urethane foam molded body. Specifically disclosed is a urethane foam molded body which comprises a base that is composed of a polyurethane foam and heat conductive fillers that are blended in the base and connected with each other, while being oriented. The heat conductive fillers are composite particles that are composed of heat conductive particles that are formed of a non-magnetic material and magnetic particles adhering to the surfaces of the heat conductive particles. Also specifically disclosed is a method for producing a urethane foam molded body, which comprises: a starting material mixing step wherein a foaming urethane resin starting material is mixed with the heat conductive fillers so as to obtain a mixed starting material; and a foam molding step wherein the mixed starting material is injected into the cavity of a foaming mold and then subjected to foam molding, while being applied with a magnetic field so that the magnetic flux density within the cavity is generally uniform.
