Abstract:
The present invention provides a urethane resin composition that contains an anionic urethane resin (X) and water (Y), the urethane resin composition being characterized in that the anionic urethane resin (X) has the following as starting materials: a polycarbonate polyol (A-1) having a biomass-derived decanediol as a starting material; and a polycarbonate polyol (A-2) having as a starting material a dihydroxy compound that has a cyclic ether structure. The polycarbonate polyol (A-1) preferably additionally has butanediol as a starting material. The molar ratio [(C4)/(C10)] between the butanediol (C4) and the biomass-derived decanediol (C10) in the polycarbonate polyol (A-1) is preferably in the range of 50/50-98/2.
