Abstract:
A urine fibronectin (FN) concentration assay kit and method. The kit comprises: a disodium phosphate-citric acid buffer, a PEG 800, and an anti-human FN antibody or an anti-human FN antibody coated on a carrier, wherein the mass fraction of the PEG 800 is 10-200 g/L. The molar concentration of the anti-human FN antibody or the anti-human FN antibody coated on the carrier is 0.1-1,000 mL/L. Further provided is a standard FN sample. A sample to be tested is first reacted with a reagent. A change in the intensity of transmitted light or scattered light between an initial reaction product and a final reaction product is then measured to obtain the FN concentration.
