Abstract:
Disclosed are the use of an AMPK inhibitor in combination with an HDAC inhibitor in the preparation of a drug for treating tumor diseases, and a composition. The AMPK inhibitor comprises compound C; and the HDAC inhibitor comprises TMP195 and TMP269. The combination of the AMPK inhibitor and the HDAC inhibitor can significantly promote the death of tumor cells.
