Abstract:

The use of a bacterium in the preparation of a synergist of immune checkpoint inhibitors. By means of using a single-bacterium oral preparation of a human endogenous intestinal bacterium in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors, an antitumor immune protective response generated by means of the stimulation of the endogenous intestinal bacterium significantly enhances the efficacy of the immune checkpoint inhibitors on multiple tumor species, and the safety is better, the overall survival time of cancer patients is prolonged, the response rate of a cancer immunotherapy population is improved, and the number of cancer patients benefiting from cancer immunotherapy is increased.
