Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of biomedicine, and in particular to a use of compound amino acids in the preparation of drugs enhancing the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics. Experiments prove that combined application of compound amino acids and antibiotics can enhance the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics, facilitate entry of antibiotics into bacteria cells, significantly increase the content of antibiotics in the cells, improve the bactericidal effects of antibiotics, thereby reducing bacterial survival rates and treating illness caused by bacterial infections.
