Abstract:
The application of crocetin in the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing Crocus sativus or Gardenia jasminoides with an appropriate amount of alkali, performing mechanochemical pre-treatment, solvent extraction, acid addition, column chromatography separation and purification.
