Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is the use of a reagent for detecting the expression level of discoidin domain receptor 2 (DDR2) in the preparation of a kit for diagnosing glioma in a subject, wherein the level of DDR2 in a sample from the subject is greater than that in a control who does not suffer from the disease, indicating that the subject has glioma. Further disclosed in the present invention are a kit, a method and a computer-readable medium for diagnosing glioma. In the present invention, glioma is efficiently and accurately diagnosed by means of detecting the DDR2.
