Abstract:
Provided is the use of heteroaromatic ring compounds in nucleic acid tests. Particularly provided are the use of heteroaromatic ring compounds as a nucleic acid protective agent in nucleic acid tests, a method for inhibiting degradation of nucleic acids during nucleic acid tests, a method for detecting a target nucleic acid molecule, and a method for determining a target single-stranded polynucleotide sequence. The present invention further relates to a reagent and a kit containing the heteroaromatic ring compounds.
