Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is the use of an inhibitor of a plasmin inhibitory factor for preventing and/or treating pre-eclampsia or eclampsia, or the use thereof in the preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating pre-eclampsia or eclampsia. Further provided in the present invention is a method for screening a drug candidate for preventing and/or treating pre-eclampsia or eclampsia, the method comprising the step of screening an inhibitor of a plasmin inhibitory factor.
