Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. Disclosed is use of Lactobacillus fermentum in preparing a product for preventing and/or treating thrombus. Also disclosed is an inhibitory effect of a Lactobacillus fermentum strain CQPC04 (LF-CQPC04) on thrombus formation. Experimental results show that LF-CQPC04 can effectively regulate blood coagulation function, oxidative stress in serum and tissue, and inflammation level. Researches on intestinal flora further show that LF-CQPC04 can regulate the composition of intestinal microorganisms, and may lead to intestinal health by means of increasing beneficial bacteria, thus exerting a good inhibitory effect on thrombus formation.
