Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of glycolysis measurement, specifically to the use of nitrogen-doped carbon fluorescent quantum dots in preparing a product for measuring aerobic glycolysis, the nitrogen-doped carbon fluorescent quantum dots being one or more of N-doped graphene quantum dots, C3N4 quantum dots, C2N quantum dots, or C3N quantum dots. The product for measuring aerobic glycolysis is a reagent, and the final concentration of nitrogen-doped carbon fluorescent quantum dots in the reagent is 1 μg/mL to 1 mg/mL based on the final volume of the reagent. Fluorescent labelling of NAD+ in living cells can be performed by using the nitrogen-doped carbon fluorescent quantum dots, so that the fluorescent labelling and imaging of cells having aerobic glycolysis are realized. The method has the advantages of low costs, high efficiency, rapidness, and high accuracy, among others. At the same time, the technology contributes to the development of serial techniques such as fluorescent recognition, very early cancer warning, cancer metastasis detection, and cancer proliferation and cancer malignancy assessment, among others.
