Abstract:
Provided is a use of a prestressed steel strand in a multi-angle drilling and coring process. By utilizing the characteristics that the prestressed steel strand is high in material strength and good in toughness so as not to be deformed and fractured when pushing an internal core pipe in a drill pipe, core extraction is completed by quickly lifting the prestressed steel strand through the design of a rolling wheel without needing to lift the drill pipe. Under the condition that the prototype structure of a drilling machine is not changed, a 360-degree drilling and coring technique is achieved, such that the problems of tedious and toilsome operations and low efficiency in multi-angle drilling are completely solved. By the use of the prestressed steel strand, not only can the drilling efficiency be significantly improved, but also a guarantee of the rock and mineral coring quality is facilitated, the drilling cost is lowered, and the labour intensity is greatly lowered.
