Abstract:

Provided in the present invention are a new use of a probiotic component and a topical pharmaceutical composition containing the probiotic component, and the use of the probiotic component as an active ingredient that can provide a therapeutic effect in the preparation of a topical pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of local lesion diseases. The local drug of the present invention provides a completely new pharmacology, so as to realize chemical ablation-like topical treatment comprising local action (or local synergy) and/or immunotherapy comprising a secondary immune effect associated with the local action (or local synergy) which cannot be performed by means of the existing probiotic composition. Moreover, the local drug has almost completely non-toxic systemic safety and a significantly higher long-term efficacy, has a large potential in terms of rapidly growing tumors, large tumors and hypovascular tumors, and has no problems in terms of drug resistance, is convenient to prepare and has low costs.
