Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biology. Specifically disclosed is the use of the SlBIN2 gene in the regulation and control of Solanum lycopersicum fruit maturation and carotenoid synthesis. The nucleotide sequence of the SlBIN2 gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The knockout of the SlBIN2 gene promotes the accumulation of Solanum lycopersicum fruit carotenoid.
