Abstract:
A use of a Trichoderma harzianum application mode for tobacco growth and induction resistance, comprising the following operation steps: S1, test material: a culture medium for test and preparation of a bacterial liquid; S2, test treatment: S2.1, contrast treatment, S2.2, seed soaking treatment, S2.3, root irrigation treatment, and S2.4, foliar inoculation treatment; S3, test measurement index and method: S3.1, biological character measurement, S3.2, physiological and biochemical index measurement, and S3.3, disease resistance and induction resistance index measurement; and S4, data processing: performance of data difference significance test. Different application modes of Trichoderma can promote the growth of tobacco plants and reduce the occurrence of black shank, wherein the root irrigation effect in the transplanting period is optimal.
