Abstract:
A user apparatus that communicates with a network apparatus and in which one or more applications are installed includes: a receiving means that receives, from the network apparatus, regulation information including a connection destination identifier for identifying an external network connected to the network apparatus and a regulation rate associated with the connection destination identifier; and a control means that, when communication by the one or more applications is to be started, controls whether to allow or prevent the communication by the one or more applications, on the basis of the regulation information.
